BAGETIKET: Based in Premeaux-Prissey near Nuits Saints Georges, our estate dates back to the beginning of the 18th century. Today, we farm 20 hectares on the prestigious soils of both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. For many years, we have eschewed the use of synthetic chemicals in favour of natural products. Our aim is to produce rich and expressive wines, ageing them for 12-18 months in French oak barrels in order to enhance their structure and complexity.
